We invite you to travel back in time on a trek along an ancient trail once used by pre-Hispanic inhabitants of this region to trade their goods through barter, and later by Jesuit priests in the 17th century during their evangelizing missions.
The journey would take weeks, traveling from the sea to the Andes, crossing forests, rivers, lakes, and lagoons of pristine beauty that remain untouched to this day.
On a one-day journey, we will hike a section of this network of trails, following a river to reach a hidden lagoon: the stunning Cayutué Lagoon, with breathtaking views of Puntiagudo Volcano and the surrounding mountain rainforest.
We will continue our excursion with a hike to Todos los Santos Lake, where a boat will be waiting to take us to the village of Petrohue, from where we will begin the return journey by vehicle to Puerto Varas.
This is a hike with no technical difficulty but physically demanding. Suitable for anyone over 12 years old who enjoys walking.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking, payable by payment link or bank transfer. The remaining 50% must be paid on the day of the tour by card, cash or bank transfer.
Prices are per person. Children up to 2 years old travel free of charge, while children aged 2 to 6 pay 50% of the tour price. All tours require a minimum of 2 adults, except the Chiloé & Penguin Colonies tour, which requires a minimum of 4 adults.
Tour departures are between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m., depending on the tour and time of year. We will pick you up at your accommodation in Puerto Varas or nearby areas.
A 100% refund will be provided for cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled departure time. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before departure are non-refundable.
