Beautiful hike to the base of the Osorno Volcano glacier located at 2,000 meters above sea level
Along with enjoying extraordinary views along the way, we will learn general aspects of volcanology in Chile, the geological history of Osorno and the main characteristics of this glacier.
From the base of the glacier you can see the island of Chiloé in its entire extension if it is clear or the cloudiness is high.
To get to the starting point of our trek we will use both sections of the chairlifts in the mountain center of the volcano, which make a journey from 1,200 to 1,640 meters above sea level. Height at which we begin to walk.

The day before the hike the weather conditions will be notified in detail to inform if you have to wear something warmer (hat, gloves etc)
