We are

a receptive travel agency

based in Northern Patagonia — a land rich in natural and cultural heritage that we aim to share with curious travelers from Chile and around the world.

We organize small-group excursions and private tours where travelers gain a deeper understanding of their surroundings through immersive experiences led by local guides who specialize in interpreting natural and cultural heritage.

  • We visit the Osorno Volcano not only to admire its beauty, but to walk among its craters — learning from the colors and shapes of its rocks and reading the geomorphology of the landscape at the foot of the glacier.
  • We explore the Petrohué Waterfalls, but only after walking through the native forest to learn about the ecology of the temperate rainforest and, more broadly, how different species interact to sustain life.
  • For bird lovers, we offer specialized tours to identify native species and understand how they thrive in their natural habitats.
  • We stroll through the historic streets of Puerto Varas, Frutillar, and Puerto Octay — true open-air museums — to uncover the cultural heritage left by the descendants of German settlers who arrived in the Lake Llanquihue basin in the second half of the 19th century.

We learn about

ourselves by visiting a Williche community, becoming active witnesses to the stories and rituals that express their deep connection with nature.

We hike

along ancient trails once used by the first inhabitants of this region, retracing aspects of their way of life.
