We offer our excursions as private tours for solo travelers, couples, families, and small groups of up to 8 people. We gladly accommodate special requests, from fully customized itineraries to specific destinations and your preferred trip duration.
We pick you up and drop you off at your hotel or accommodation in Puerto Varas or the surrounding area. We also provide pick-up and drop-off at the Puerto Montt International Port for shore excursions during the cruise season.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking, payable by payment link or bank transfer. The remaining 50% must be paid on the day of the tour by card, cash or bank transfer.
Prices are per person. Children up to 2 years old travel free of charge, while children aged 2 to 6 pay 50% of the tour price. All tours require a minimum of 2 adults, except the Chiloé & Penguin Colonies tour, which requires a minimum of 4 adults.
Tour departures are between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m., depending on the tour and time of year. We will pick you up at your accommodation in Puerto Varas or nearby areas.
A 100% refund will be provided for cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled departure time. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before departure are non-refundable.
